For those of you with a Google account thats probably the easiest option. If you have both a Google account and Outlook, you may find Google Calendar Sync of use, and if you are an Outlook user, you may think about getting a Google account as it does the work for you.
Outlook 2007, Windows Calendar (Vista) and Outlook 2003 (Outlook 2003 wasn't designed for http based calendars so this is a bit of a chore relying on plugins).
Linux, iPhone, iPod, and Mac to follow (although for the Apple products I am sure there is a drop down or glass effect icon that is easy enough to find).
Third party, cross platform products that should work, although YMMV, GCALDaemon an open source app with binaries for Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista, Unix, Linux, AIX and Mac OS X.
